There is a rattle coming from the inside

Seems to work good in the bedroom. Not super quiet, there's a rattle inside somewhere. Sounds like a loose screw.

Was having a hard time finding replacement filter, I’m guessing it was the user error, contacted the company, a nice gentleman, name Gerald, was patient, kind and found what I needed with in few minutes. Having no problems with this product, glad I purchased it.

Very good for the price

Yeah, it's an air filter, it does its job. Pretty good build quality for the price, extremely quiet when set to low. My only complaint is that I seem to have gotten a newer remodeled version without the led light in the middle, and the top looks slightly different as well. If you look at every picture uploaded by reviewers you'll see what I'm talking about, they all have that purple led light. Not a big deal just seems like an unnecessary change.

This will surprise you!

This air purifier is not that small it's pretty decent in size for a desk or nightstand. The filter is a good size it could be used in a small living room if put on high. The low setting is whisper quiet the light is a good feature does not disturb me while I sleep. This is not a novelty by far but it is a very good air filter that will suck air and filter it. I'm currently using it in the kitchen counter which is very great. Just an ordinary person looking for it air purification because I moved into a house and kept sneezing in. I ordered two big ones from other companies for my living room and bedroom just because I tend to overdo it but I really want this air to be sucked through these filters through all means necessary. But I began to think all I needed was the small one because it's pretty efficient.. lol. So far since I've had it in less than 24 hours I stopped sneezing nearly completely but as I left the room that the air filter was not in I sneezed once almost immediately.. crazy it must be working but I really do feel both my nostrils cleared and able to breathe a lot better.. like I said this small one will surprise you definitely! I live in Florida by the lake there's a lot of pollen covered on our cars and I keep my screen door open so this is going to help if you have those issues. Sorry I do not have any videos or pictures.. the video would be boring... I seen two videos on this it's just self-explanatory. Definitely get this if you're on a budget..

The company that makes this sent me a replacement and this one works fine! My only minor complaint is that when it's first turned on it has a brief funky smell that dissipates quickly. The important thing to share is that I'm waking up WITHOUT a stuffy nose! I can breathe comfortably throughout the night now. Thank you to the company that makes this for reaching out fixing this. I've not been able to open this machine to get to the filter. I even put out a question on how to get it open but got no response. So I've not been able to check if the filter in in correctly (or at all!) I bought this based on other reviewers statements that it helped them a lot with their sinus and stuffed nose by improving the air quality in their bedroom when used overnight. That's not been my experience. It doesn't seem to do much of anything. Maybe I got one that is faulty? Also the instructions that come with it do not tell you how to turn off the VERY bright PINK night lite. Had to go back on to the Amazon site to find this out. If someone can tell me how to get the base open, please let me know.
