So far so good!

This is a neat little addition to my home fitness regime! It’s very useful for easy, lightweight strength training. Great product for the price and easy to store as well!

I think it does the job.

Tension could be a little better, tighter. Also, the pads on the sides could be a little bit softer. I could feel my inner thigh muscles tighten up a bit, but would have been better with a tighter tension

Amazing quality ring!

I had bought another pilates ring and it was too flimsy, as many are. This one is incredible quality, and for such a good price! It feels like an expensive one but it is not. Great for all of the exercises I need to do!

Makes Pilates easier

My physical therapist recommended this product and it works better than a ball for instance and it’s really sturdy

Was great until it broke!

This worked well until it broke! I left it near a space heater and it bent out of shape. It was partly my fault but also I would have expected it to hold up to a little heat. It wasn’t right next to it, just in a pile of my gym stuff in the same corner as the heater. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Is as pictured

The media could not be loaded. I only just opened this and gave it a quick spin. First impressions: - Seems well built and sturdy, no squeaking - Foam pads are comfortable against my thighs (I have large thighs) - Decent tension, not overly hard to compress with my thighs, but will be exactly what I need as a beginner (if you're looking for a harder ring, look elsewhere) - Colour is good, doesn't look faded - There is a bit of damage but it will not affect the use of the product, it is only cosmetic damage - Box came damaged, but no major damage to the product that I've noticed Overall I am pleased with this purchase. I'm 6 months pregnant with PGP and SI joint Pain and will be using this to work my thighs along with other equipment, in hopes of reducing or at least maintaining the pain I'm in so I don't end up on bed rest for this pregnancy. I personally like that it's not super difficult to squeeze in since I am just starting. I looked online for a beginners ring and this one came highly recommended so I'm giving it a go. In the future if I were to continue with it and do pilates, I would more than likely get a stronger one with more resistance. I included a video so you can see it in "action". I compressed 50% and was starting to shake (I know I'm weak right now). So again; this is a great beginner ring!

Better than Thigh Master

I am rehabbing from knee surgery and have an exercise hat a thigh master or small playground ball would work. At this price point, the reviews on thigh masters sucked and playground balls are nowhere to be found at a good price. I gave this a try and it is doing the job fabulously, the exercise requires slow steady pressure and it does just that. I am 6 ft 225 and can apply a fair amount of torque and the unit is standing up. Once I do my leg reps I then doe chest and shoulder reps as an added bonus.

You need this

First time user and I love it. This is great for working many muscles and keeping your body in correct alignment. Don't hesitate to buy it. It's great quality. You can spend much more on another brand, but why? :)
