Excellent Pilates Ring

I bought this pilates ring after a knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist has me do exercises with it at PT and I wanted the ability to do those same exercises at home. I was worried this ring might be too stiff, but it wasn't. It was just perfect. I have not had it more than a couple of weeks, but seems like it will hold up. It's the perfect size and the foam pads are comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately I ordered this item expecting a new item but it has many signs of previous use when I took it out of the box, such as deep creases from bending and white scuffs on the handles.

easier on your legs than hard plastic

i use this working out for upper body, but mostly for leg strength. it is easier to squeeze than the hard plastic ones and the plastic ones can be a little painful to the thigh and knee area

Well made ring

Bought this brand because it is the same used at my local YMCA. Ring seems more flexible than the ones at the YMCA. Probably just different materials used that allows it to have more give. Should be fine for the stretching I want it for at home.

not for squeezing. But.. it's great

Great item! It's not so much for "squeezing" between your legs like some more common rings. But for other things its perfect. It's just like the ones my gym uses.

Close enough

Great! It works, etc, however, the handles are not directly across the circle. Close enough, though; I can do my assisted pilates mat routine with this.

Not super strong, but okay for working inner thigh or arm and pecs.

I borrowed one of these and it was really tough, so I decided to buy one. This is a different model from the one I borrowed, and I worry about pushing this one as hard as I did the borrowed one. I'm trying to strengthen my leg muscles and this one feels as if it might snap if I pull too hard on it.
