Best tool for fetch

This grabber can hold several different size balls and even many odd shapes. This stick helps keep my dog running.

Better than a Chuckit.

Seems pretty good quality. Seems like it will be durable and last. Two hands overhead, for somebody with a ruined shoulder and it works pretty well. Dog loves her new addition.

Must-Have for Dog Owners (Whow have dogs that like to fetch)

Soon as this launcher arrived I went outside with the dogs to try it out. Long story short: This is a great fetch toy. I am able to launch the ball pretty far with little to no effort, and picking the ball back up is as easy as grabbing it with my own hand. The toy itself is very sturdy, so much so this is the only fetch-toy I'll ever have to buy. Considering how durable it is, I don't think I'll ever need to buy a replacement. I believe Chuck-It is the most popular option, and because this is the first fetch-toy I purchased, I can't really compare it to anything else. A few outlier reviews said the ball was difficult to launch, and I have to disagree. It has been so easy to use I can't possibly see what the problem is. And no, upper body strength is not a factor as I virtually have none. People can get great distance (Half the length of a football field by my eye) in one simple, easy motion. And if other products can launch the ball farther, so what? How far is far enough? Is your dog going to throw a fit because it went 40 meters instead of 50? No. They will not. For anyone upset this toy doesn't launch far enough, ask yourself this: Is the toy for their dog? Or the human who bought it? The bottom line is this: It feels like it's built to last, it's inexpensive, and it does what it is supposed to do. So long as a toy is "good enough" I don't see the point in splitting hairs and trying to determine which fetch toy is the absolute best. Saying it's good enough is a bit misleading though. I can't imagine how a dog toy like this could be any better. It's a must-have for any dog owner. Unfortunately, only one of my pups likes to fetch...

takes a Little getting used to, but tosses that ball OUT there nicely.!

as an alternative to the "chuck it" brand, its a little different spin on the design, with a "Claw" style, instead of a cup. it seems to fling as far, if not farther, than Chuck it brand "flingers", just takes a bit of arm action and getting used to this, as it has a bit of "spring" in the end of it, to help launch the balls way way out there. like ANY of these, DONT let them sit in the sun ! ! the sun will cause the plastic to get brittle, and break, much too soon.. good value, good deal, easy to use with only a little practice, Seems to be holding up so far..

Great value, has lasted several years.

Have had this several years now and it is very durable. This is the third one of these types of throwers that I have bought and this one seems to be the most durable. I've used different size balls similar to tennis balls like Chucks and regular tennis balls and all have worked fine. I put my shoe in the picture so you can see relative size. Only note is you do have to have a firm grip because the fingers grip the balls quite well so if you're not gripping the handle while you will lose the whole thing out of your hand LOL. Hopefully it will still be available when I want to buy it again.

Wow!

Wow! This product packs a punch, very sturdy and I can throw it really far! Takes a bit of practice to pick up the tennis ball but after our first session I go the hang of it! I saw the other product in the store and felt in time it would break, towards the bottom the plastic is kinda accordianed, gives it more oomph and strength, would recommend this. Pups love it as I can throw it much further than before ... even they're impressed

The best so far!

Feels stronger than other similar ones I have used. Far easier to insert ball and launches a good distance. Ball actually fits in when you pick it up without bending. My 2 dogs are loving it. I will definitely buy another. Thanks for a decent dog toy

Poor quality

Poor quality product. The arms stretched out within a few uses and would no longer grip the Franklin balls purchased with the thrower. After about 60 total uses one arm broke off when throwing a ball. Don’t waste your money.

Awesome gift for son and dog

Best purchase ever for playing with Dog outdoors ! Tried many other brands from Walmart and Amazon but this one is the best! Don’t run after somewhat cheaper ones out there as they break all the time but this one is sturdy. It has good grip and holds the ball perfect! Love it!

Good thrower - tennis balls not good

This is the best ball thrower I've tried so far. The problem is the tennis ball gets destroyed by my dog in just a few minutes then she tries to eat it - not good. The regular balls don't quite fit in this device but I made it work.
