Good Schmidt!

I've tried many different natural deodorants, and Schmidt's lavender is one that I don't 'sweat through.' It tends to last all day for me, while providing enough fragrance (I like my scents decently strong) without it competing with my perfume. It doesnt stain my clothes like some deodorants do and I tend to wear a lot of black, so that's great, but be careful putting your shirt on because you can smear it on there and you have to wash it to get it out but I've never had issues removing it in the wash. I don't really have sensitive skin so I can't reccomend it for that. It might actually be kinda harsh on more sensitive skin types. But it's great for me and it's now my go-to deodorant.

Great product - bad seller

Love this product. Have been using it for years. Unfortunately, this batch irritated my skin. I reached out to Schmidt’s, and they told me that the deodorant I was using had expired almost 3 years ago despite having just purchased it. They are sending me brand new ones to replace the ones I purchased through Amazon from the seller dealsonus1. I will continue to use this deodorant but will only purchase from Schmidt’s directly. Advise against purchasing from dealsonus1.

Good, but not great

I like the scent a lot, but obviously it's just not the same as an antiperspirant. Have to reapply a couple times a day, which can be troublesome since the product doesn't glide on easily. Even after warming up the deodorant on your skin (as the packaging suggests), it still clumps together quite easily.

AMAZING

This is the best deal you'll find for Schmidts. I'm not a rose type person but this isn't over powering, maybe the black pepper softens the rose potency for me. They're a good mixture so whether you like rose scent or not this is still great. It goes on smoothly and lasts all day because it's Schmidts! I'll definitely buy again. Also it came super fast!

Smells nice

I like the smell. It's a soothing scent but it doesn't work as well as deodorants that contain aluminum. I will continue to purchase it as it's safer for daily use than regular deodirant

The company response was poor

I love this product. The company did not send me the 3.2 oz as ordered and paid for. The 2.6 oz was sent and the company response was I could return the product. No offer to send the correct product. Poor customer service.

Good deodorant

I liked that it doesn't have all the bad ingredients that other deodorants do have. The dislike is the size is kind of small but otherwise it's good.

Beware of severe rash after prolonged use!!

This deodorant is actually amazing, it smells great, it lasts long BUT it gave me a horrible, horrible rash!!! I used it for about a month when I started to notice it and it only got worse with time. The rash is not only very noticeable, but it is also extremely painful. The baking soda in it is so irritating to the underarms - I will avoid any natural deodorants that contain baking soda from now on.

RIP clothes

I always use aluminium free deodorants but I wasnt happy with this one at all. As a deodorant, it works just fine. But in terms of what it does to your clothes?- its a nightmare! After applying, it makes a huge grey, sticky, gooey mess under your arms. That I could deal with but putting on clothes afterwards is pointless- it stains your clothes TERRIBLY and it looks like you have huge dark sweat patches under your arms when in actual fact, its the deodorant making the stain! Ive tried all sorts of methods to apply this without getting it on my clothes- the best way was putting a top on first and then carefully sticking this underneath the top in order to prevent transference when pulling a top over your head. Nope- this method didnt work either, I had to change my top 3 times this morning because this left me with huge dark stains on my clothes. I'm now a bit worried that the stains wont come out when the tops are washed. But anyway, having an effective deodorant is utterly pointless if your underarms look all stained and grey and gross- its hardly an attractive look and I'm really really surprised the manufacturers didnt consider this since there are many aluminium free deodorants out there that dont stain clothes this badly.

THIS WORKS

Thank you Schmidts! I had been using a spray antiperspirant for years and every morning it made me cough. Why am I doing that to myself? But I remembered horrid red itchy armpits from roll ons in the past. So I decided to go the natural route and find something kinder. My first go was a baking soda based one. OH NO. I'm even more sensitive to baking soda than standard deodorant. That was horrid, which was actually a shame because the deodorant was otherwise good and had a lovely smell. So I did some research and found this baking-soda-free one from Schmidts. It really works and smells pretty nice and no reaction at all. I've been using it for a few weeks and my armpits are quite happy.

A FUIR En cas de transpiration

Pigeonne comme beaucoup j’ai acheté ce deo parce qu’on en parlait beaucoup sur les réseaux sociaux et particulièrement YouTube. Les premiers jours j’ai adoré, l’odeur est très fraîche et sent très bon ( et je suis difficile) les premiers jour avec le froid je n’ai pas transpiré du coup aucun souci d’odeur. Par contre, j’ai beaucoup bougé aujourd’hui et il est seulement 16h, une odeur absolument ignoble ! Je n’ai jamais senti aussi fort au niveau des aisselles, et je suis persuadée que si n’avais utilisé mon deo plein d’alu Et autres trucs pas spécialement clean j’aurai pas senti aussi fort... pour le coup je suis mitigée entre l’idee D’utiliser un produit clean mais qui en cas de transpiration ( même légère) sentir le phoque ou utiliser un produit qui détruit la peau et est cancérigène mais qui ne fait pas sentir mauvais et de plus, qui ne tache pas les vêtements, parce que celui là tache mine de rien. Donc je ne recommande pas spécialement.

Beautiful smell

The deodorant smells amazing!!! I had different ones in the last months but this combination is far my favourite. The minus is it seems that it doesn't last very long, I mean after few hours you will smell, maybe is just me, I have birth 8 weeks ago and it might be because of that.
