It's Okay

I normally use Dove Men Clean Comfort but decided to give this new product a try. It feels good and works, but I don't care for the smell. It smells sweet like cotton candy, which is a little bizarre for a men's product. Thankfully the smell is not too strong.

Smells good & does the Job!

Smells good, keeps you dry & does the job! Not sure what some of the complaints are but, this goes on & dries just like Doves other deodorants that use the same formula. Been using Dove deodorant for years & don’t plan on switching back to the others I have used or tried.

Not 72 hours for us but good enough

We like that this deodorant is aluminum free. It has a mildly spicy scent that is not so "manly" smelling that it can't be used by a woman so this can work for either gender. I can't say that it works for 72 hours for us (but we don't expect this of deodorants, which generally have to be applied daily). Decent value in this 3-pack unit.

Smells decent, no irritant.... it works!

I have found that many of the more natural deodorants often cause a bit of burn or irritation for me after some time of use. So far this Dove deodorant has been fine. It smells 'fresh' - I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but I don't dislike it. No aluminum is a plus and feature I have lately looked for. Overall I'd say that seems to work fine and holds up a bit longer than Schmidts or Native has in my experience. FYI: I received this for “free” as part of the Amazon Vine Voice program but will still pay income taxes on the value of it, kind of like a contractor.

Works well for sensitive skin.

Smells like I’m entering an evergreen forest. It’s not all Christmas trees… it also smells clean. The deodorant glides on super easy and almost feels a little wet going on. The plus is you can hit the pits without swiping over the same areas multiple times. The negative is the underarms need to dry before popping a shirt on. For effectiveness, these worked well all day and into the next. I used to think Native and Schmidt’s were in a category of their own, but now I’m starting to think Dove is moving in. I’ve only used it for a short time, so I can’t speak about short staining, but for short time I have used it - no issues.

Deodorant, only, no anti-perspirant

This is a deodorant only, no anti-perspirant in this product. The scent is nice but very subtle. I’m used to much stronger, smelling deodorants. It goes on wet and that feeling lasts for a little while. Everyone in my family uses mens deodorant so I gave one to my 14-year-old son one to my 12-year-old daughter and kept one for myself. None of us had any problems with skin irritations, and we do appreciate that it’s made without aluminum. My 14-year-old son somehow is not a stinky smelly boy even though he’s in numerous sports. This works really well for him. My 12-year-old daughter, however, is very smelly and this just isn’t cutting it for her. For me, it’s working well enough but I do prefer an anti-perspirant because I’m one that sweats but isn’t so smelly. My husband is going to take mine after he’s through with his current deodorant, he’s like my son, so this will work well for him. So I guess it depends on your needs whether or not this will work for you.
