Was good….

Was good until this year. Lasted roughly 2 years before it stopped working. It keep throwing off the things I had plugged into. For the price…it did its job.

Versatile, Compact

I've owned a lot of power strips. I only buy Yellow Jacket products these days. Each power strip has pros and cons but I own more of these adapters than any other kind because I like how the power cords lie flat on the ground, the cords don't easily interfere since the all radiate in different directions, none of the actual plugs or wall warts can interfere with each other since the spacing is large, the device doesn't waste any space on the shelf, and it is super easy to carry due to it's light weight compact design. I don't really get any benefit from the cord lock or the plug covers myself but these would be really handy if you are on a dirty or wet job site where you yank on cords or have this adapter dangling in the air, so I'm glad they are there. So far the only issue I've had is that I can't plug it into my Yellow Jacket 20 amp extension cord which has a large flat female 20 am plug: the the male input plug on this adapter has a protrusion which only accepts a 15 amp plug, so minus a star. I get no benefit to this guard and certainly with a bit of handy work it could be removed. Perhaps it is some kind of a strain relief but honestly no one is likely pull a cord in the perpendicular direction and if so could use the cord lock to stabilize the plug, so I'm guessing the guard is there primarily as some sort of an idiot proofing mechanism to prevent someone from plugging straight into a wall receptacle which would clearly put a lot of torque on the plugs and certainly fall out of the wall socket, but why prevent us from using this directly with 20 amp extension cords? Instead have the attorney throw in a warning label along with the instructions that it is "obviously" not to be used in a wall receptacle, or use a bit more plastic to move the lug out far enough that it can be plugged into a standard 20 amp extension cord.

Great 5 outlet Adapter

Works perfectly! Very robust and seems like it will last. I added a block of wood with triangular cutouts for the back to make it easier to mount.

Like the layout of the outlets

Nice addition for extension cord. Has little rotating covers for the outlets that are nice to keep bugs and dirt out of unused outlets.

Connected to Pool filter and Saltwater System outdoor

I drove a wooden pole in the ground beside my above ground pool. I hooked this adapter on top of the pole, and connected 2 large plugs from the pool filter and the Saltwater System to it. I then put a hood (any box or large can works) on top of the pole to cover the adapter from rain, sun and .. .. . .

I got this for my husband, who does his woodworking out in the driveway in good weather. I caught him making good use of this splitter today. He really likes it and says it does what it's suppose to, which surprises him. LOL He had several workstations set up, each with any extension running from the splitter and the main power coming into it from a 12 gauge cord out of the garage. Every outlet was occupied. It was definitely doing what I hoped. Making things easier for him to do his work. :)

Let there be lots of light in my shed!

I needed a power bar in my shed for extra outlets to plug all of my lights into but didn't want a long corded one. I saw this, took a chance, and am glad I did. My shed has all the lights hooked up now so I can finally use them all at the same time instead of searching for things at the far end with a flash light. The design of the product hardly took up any room which means more room to hang tools. I was worried before buying the product because my extension cord had a larger female end but I found upon arrival the cord fit with room to spare and wasn't a problem. I like that I can easily unplug this, use my main power cord for other things and then easily plug it back in after. I'm very happy with it.
