Not Picture Perfect

Was disappointed with how the vender shows the product. The picture show a blue purse. Looked at this from different URLs and always got the same picture of a purse. When the product arrived it was DID NOT look like the picture. It was more like a tote which a laptop would fit into. The good nes was that it was a Christmas present and the person receiving it liked it. I suspect she would have liked the purse(as pictured) better.

Was excited to receive item,since every other University of Kentucky bag was out of stock and has been forever,but upon opening box the zipper did not work!! Simple thing to check before shipping!
