Beats my old plastic dish pan

It’s good quality and reasonably priced. The size and shape work well in my sink. I was concerned about the steel marks it left in my white porcelain sink, but Barkeep’s Friend takes them right out.

Lightweight hotel pan

This is a good lightweight hotel pan. I used it in a deeper 6" hotel pan in a propane fryer to make a propane steam table/soup warmer for my food truck. It is not as thick as the old hotel pans I have, but serviceable enough. The 6" deep one held up all summer to direct flame. They say anti jam but do still sometimes stick if not VERY dry when put away. Overall good pans.

1/2 to 1/4

The Description and dimensions said a 1/2 size pan (about 10"x12"). What I got was a 1/4 pan (10X6"). Still need the 1/2 pan since I had already bought the 1/4 pan, but not sure what product to order since the descriptions are off.

Very happy with Winco's quality

Disclaimer: I don't actually use these for a steam table, so I can only comment on their general construction and use for general kitchen and BBQ chores. I have several different-sized steam table trays from two or three different makers, and the Wincos are definitely the best. They're a little heavier than some others, and the edges are finished better. I'd buy them again.

Purchased this for my Traeger Pro 575 Smoker to make smoked mac and cheese worked great and easy to clean afterwards too!!!

Work horse!!

Great all round pan. Have used to braise a brisket and also make focaccia bread. Really an all round great pan.
