Really works

I tried it to see if it would help me stay asleep as I wake waking up every 2 hours. Well behold, it worked like a charm. I stayed asleep for at least 6 hours. I stopped taking it for 2 weeks to see if it made a difference and went back to the same old waking up throughout the night.

A review from someone who is now 3 months in...

There are a lot of conflicting reviews on not just the benefits of Ashwagandha but the company that puts this product out and their credibility. There are also more than fewer reviews from people who just started taking this product and are already weighing in with their opinion -- which I think is a bit premature. From everything I have read, this takes quite a few weeks to get into your system and start to work. So, I started taking this stuff blindly after my girlfriend did research on the benefits of Ashwagandha. She also somehow felt that this was the company to go with despite now reading more and more comments that important information is being left out of their packaging which is concerning, but not something that I can give an opinion on. The problem with supplements like these is that they are not regulated by the FDA. So, chances are always good that you have companies putting out erroneous claims and you might just be paying good money for a placebo. The only reason I trust this company at the moment is due to the more positive reviews than the actual complaints. Now on to my experiences with this product... I have been taking two tablets per day for the past 3 months. It did take some time for the supplement to start to work in my system and I feel as if I am at the point where I constantly feel its effects on a daily basis. More on that in a moment. The most prominent thing you will notice immediately upon taking this supplement is how it affects your sleep. The good news is that while I don't think it helps you get to sleep, you do get a better sleep where you aren't waking up several times a night. This definitely promotes better REM sleep. The bad news? Your dreams are going to be extremely vivid and quite often, it does promote nightmares on occasion. This seems to be a common experience across the board for people that take this supplement. Other benefits? I am still trying to figure that out. I used to have depression and anxiety issues and took Lexapro for several years. I have been off of that drug for two years now. Taking this Ashwagandha supplement sort of feels like being on Lexapro where my head is heavy all day and I sort of feel like a zombie. This is probably the effect that leaves most people using this drug feeling less anxiety. Unlike Lexapro, I don't lose any sharpness in my mind. I'm still very sharp and alert. So, I suppose I could say that I feel more relaxed and at ease while on this supplement. I also work out for 90 minutes every day both on a Peloton and treadmill. At the age of 59, I have my bouts of body pains due to the amount of exercise I do. Since taking this Ashwagandha supplement, I seem to have fewer bouts of pain. It's difficult for me to say that this is a wonder drug. The effects/benefits are very subtle. And I finish this review and read what I have just written, I guess I can come to the conclusion that this supplement has been having a positive effect on me. I guess I am just afraid to admit this stuff really works. Just give it a couple of weeks/months to kick in. Those who are giving an opinion based on a short-term intake are probably not getting the full effect of this supplement. This is not a one-bottle experiment. I had to go through nearly three bottles to start seeing a difference. If you are willing to invest the time and put a little faith in this product, you might be pleasantly surprised. Of course, everyone's bodies react differently.

Great product

This is a great alternative to Ashwagandha gummies. Same great effect without the sticky nature and sugar content problem. Have already recommended this brand to a friend!

I think it helps some. It's hard to tell. It has some effect on kreping my blood pressure lower.

I took this supplement for burnout. It greatly reduced stress and helped with burnout as well.

Works along with another product

I use this with Andrew Lessman Nighttime product. Combination really helps me fall asleep quickly and have a deep restful sleep. For me, works much better than Relaxium and a lot cheaper.

Came with broken seal :/

Will unfortunately have to dispose of them, I also counted and have about 23 of the advertised 60 missing from the bottle. EDIT: From 1 to 4 stars…Here’s why! UPDATE: Was contacted, refunded and taken care of by the company. Meaning they are listening to customers and will right a wrong. All you could ask for if you are buying these products unseen.

Error in product as received

The product itself appears to be good but in fact I ordered a full length sleeve garment and what arrived was short sleeved, My hope was to have warmer jacket for when cool weather arrives. Apart from that, delivery and service is good.

For big AND tall man

Nice pyjamas. However,I'm a big man so I ordered 4X to fit loosely. The legs and sleeves were WAY too long - obviously tailored for a tall man. My wife had to take the legs up 4 inches and the sleeves 3 inches.
