Literally...the CUTEST!

We had another skip hop model more then 2 years and it s still looks good. This one lasted 2 monthes only..(

Perfect for my little Kindergartner

This bag is EXACTLY what I was looking for! My son is starting kindergarten this fall but he is small for his age (still in 3T clothes). I knew a normal backpack would be huge on him. I found this large size bag from Skiphop and thought we’d give it a try. It is the perfect size for him and fits normal size folders and notebooks. There is enough room for a slim lunch bag as well. Perfect for what he needs!

Very cute, but too small

I purchased the Skip Hop toddler backpack for my 2-year-old, and it was a major hit, but that backpack obviously wasn't being used for anything serious (it was just for her to have fun carrying around). The "Big Kid" backpack unfortunately really isn't designed for any big kid who actually needs to carry anything significant to school. A lunch box definitely won't fit, and it's a tight squeeze to get a jacket in this bag. The reasons are two-fold: (1) it's just 4" thick, which is simply too narrow to squeeze most items in and (2) the top has a serious slant, which means much of the height of the backpack is wasted. Overall, cute, but was not going to work for my kindergartener, so it went back to Amazon and I got the much more practical Simple Modern 12-liter "Toddler backpack", which was ironically far larger.

Very cute, but also very small

My 10yr old granddaughter (5th grade) saw this online and wanted it for her birthday. Very cute bag, but way too small for all of her school books. This would probably suit a younger student in a lower grade much better...

This backpack is very cute and good looking for Toddlers. School folders are also fitting inside nicely. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.
