Dont Buy this equipment here on Amazon, go to a restaurant depot.

I purchased this equipment the first one came with the cover shattered, I was so excited when I saw it, not knowing that the shattered cover was a sign to tellI me dont not buy this,,, so I returned to seller, mean while the response take so long I went ahead a d pu8a second machine,, It used it one day and never worked the next day,, so I go ahead and called in someone who's specializes In heavy duty restaurant equipments only to find out that these machine here on Amazon are refurbish and rewired equipment, The voltage description given here on Amazon are not adding up, as to the voltage on the inside. Please Dont Not Buy this machine here from these 3rd party sellers, they are Bogus, And Amazon needs to stop then from putting these machines up here for sale. Thank you. Trust me

This blender is not turning on..??

Because of Covid situations, I didn't get a chance to use till yesterday for the first time. The circular blue light at the ON switch is coming. But the motor is not starting. There are not detailed instructions to analyze what the problem is. I disconnected power few times and reconnected; I pressed the 'overload' button and tried; the red Power Off button at the rightmost has two positions -- one where it is held to the body of the blender and when you turn clockwise as indicated on it, it releases and extends a little bit from the body of the machine. In both positions, I have tried to turn on the blender -- it just wouldn't respond to the simple combinations that are available. Please suggest anything to help. Thanks

Don’t waste your time/money

On the third time I used this machine a piece inside the bowl broke. I contacted the company and they requested pictures and videos, which I sent. After several emails back and forth, management stopped communicating with me. They told me that they would solve the problem but nothing happened. Now they aren’t responding to my communications. Don’t waste your time and/or money like I did. I spent over $600 for a machine I used 3 times!!! I just want the part so I can use it again. Is that too much to ask for?

Blade needs to be removed to empty bowl

Good product and size, reason im giving a three star is because in order to remove bowl you need to take out blade and it makes it a bit difficult not to spill product on the inside.

Good but not what I requested.

I did not receive the same item as advertised. It’s missing the power level switch. But otherwise it’s a good machine for those who wants one strong power for all.
