Beautiful details and sturdy.

Plummer had no problem installing. Faucet is sturdy and beautiful. It has 2 levers so extra safe in case one accidentally gets turned on. Stream flow of water can be adjusted with the second handle. Shopped around. Got it at a great price!

MUST be properly installed. This unit is heavy! Excellent quality.

Several reviews mention how heavy the filler is and that theirs is "sagging". This pot filler MUST be installed with proper support. It cannot just be supported by the included flange. That flange is really only to prevent rotation of the pot filler on the supply pipe. I installed mine on a 3 1/2 inch brass nipple which goes THROUGH a 2x6 stringer into a brass drop ear on the back which is screwed to the 2x6. This easily supports the weight of the pot filler and will NEVER sag. Additionally, under the flange is a wood biscuit; NOT tile and drywall/plaster. Unfortunately , the escutcheon that comes with the pot filler to cover the mounting flange is the WRONG diameter. It should be at least another 1/2 inch larger to cover the hole made for the flange biscuit. I see many people have mounted the flange by DRILLING though the wall tile so the wall tile and drywall is the substrate for the flange. This will NOT work, and will crack. The filler itself is of excellent quality and sturdiness. Only negative (which is why 3 stars on installation is that it WILL require considerable effort to properly install AND will require access at the back of the wall for a proper installation AND the escutcheon diameter is too small. Great look too heavy

The pot filler itself is very nice and of high quality. The problem is that it is almost 7lbs and a lot of the others are less than 4lbs. It sags too much and actually leaks some because of the sag. We had it professionally installed and they are going to replace this one with a different one free of charge because of how much it sags.

WOW! This is really nice

It feels like I got my money's worth. We haven't install yet but it is heavy, nice and just nicee.... Also got the bridge faucet in same metal choice.

Sagging pot filler and no recourse with Kingston Brass

Loved the look of this pot filler when ordered. Heavy, and looked great in the box. Ordered Oct. 2022 but sat in box until installed 2/2023 due to kitchen remodeling setbacks. Of course it was way after the 30 day return period. It was installed by a plumber who was part of our remodel team. It was crooked so ordered another one to see if it was better…the picture is from the second one! More crooked than the first! That one was sent back immediately for a refund. Contacted Kingston Brass as directed by Amazon and the customer service there told me a senior technician said the sagging is “normal” due to the weight of the pot filler and a refund is not in order. This was to be a focal point of our kitchen…you now walk in and in front of you is a sagging pot filler! Very disappointed that we will have to “eat” the cost of this piece and order something else as this matched our sink faucet in look and finish.

Good quality so far

We have not yet installed it, but this pot filler appears to be of good quality. Nice and heavy. This is a brand that Home Depot carries, which is why we initially felt comfortable purchasing it
