An excellent resource for home or school!

This is an excellent product. The larger one allows two children to build quite a few shapes without dismantling the previous ones. Great for building spatial understanding and small motor skills. As a former elementary school principal and now grandparent to a 4, 5, and 9 year old, this is one purchase that I am glad I made to keep at OUR house for all of them to enjoy and learn from. Definitely recommended, especially if adults are involved and can reinforce appropriate levels of mathematical language ("how many triangles are in this shape?" "How many edges?" How many vertices?" "Can you make a bigger one?" ).The direction cards show kids how many of each piece to use for the pictured shape/prism. Great for following directions and planning ahead for young ones.

Break easily

Be very careful when you take the stick pieces out. The tips break off very easily and they you can’t use that piece any more.

Great quality, fun to build and hours of play and exploration for our 5 year old. Bought this as a homeschool tool to teach 3D shapes but she also has fun building houses, cars, school, farm, suckers and popsicles

My kids absolutely love this! The only thing i wish was included was a paper or something with designs or things that can be made from the pieces. There was none included. Otherwise, it keeps the keeps entertained and busy.

Create for creative activities

I actually teach high school, I used these with my students to create dimensional shapes to represent molecules. It was a hit activity as it takes away some of the complexity of the content by allowing students to see and hold a physical representation that they created.

Instructional booklet please

Wish that it came with instructional pictures. I ordered smaller set from another company and they had instructional booklet but wasn't enough for my kids. So I ordered the bucket set from Amazon with 170 pieces but there's no booklet.

Not durable for kids

This immediately broke as soon as the kids started playing with it. The pieces break off in the little holes which makes them unusable. Definitely would not purchase again.

Not a good quality

Great activity for kids but the plastic tips are breaking very easily making them unusable. Quite a lot of them broke in an hour of play. I must return it.

Poor Quality

Product is good from the perspective of what it’s supposed to do but quality is poor. Cheap plastic, easily breakable. Unless your very careful which is not the case with the kids.

Learning resources makes some great products and this one did not disappoint. My kids love it and busy themselves for a good chunk of time doing what is both fun and educational. My kids range from 3-6 and they all can find some way to make use out of them.
