Big hit with 18 month old!

My 18 month old niece loves this toy and her parents are happy it keeps her occupied. Highly recommended!

Baby loves it 18mo+

I gifted this to my son at 18 months he could probably play with it earlier. He aligns the colors and says avocado and loves to open and close. He still doesn’t really get the emoji thing but I’ll Make faces to show home what they’re doing

Really fun, a little tough for <2yo

Our daughter liked these, they’re a lot of fun, but we put them away in the toy rotation and will take out in a few months, she had trouble opening them by herself.

Super cute! Toddler loves them

My 18 month old loves these. He has learned to do a “surprised” face from these. He has a hard time opening them as of right now but I know he’ll figure it out soon.

Overrated not interesting at all

I bought due to the rave reviews but these have been tipped out and lost various times but not played with. Nothing very interesting about them. Very limited in play value really.

Happy Avocados!

Kids love nothing more than copying their parents, we eat a LOT of Avocado's and I often find them going for a walk from the kitchen :P Now my Avocados are SAFE :) This sweet little set is fun, quite cheap and another great little learning toy from Learning Resources. I have to admit this is not their favourite toy, but it is still a very nice idea, and certainly something my little Neice enjoyed playing with.

Lots of different features

This is a fun set. Inside the box are 4 x avocados that are different colours inside. They also have faces printed on the stones, which can be spun round to reveal another one. This set is great for lots of different things; teaching colours and emotions, to using them for role play. They are suitable for ages 18 months + and they are well made. This is a well priced set that could entertain children for years.

Avocado fun!

These toy avocados are pretty unique and it’s hard to pin down exactly why children find them so fun, but they do. Children in my Reception class seem to absolutely love them. You can open them up (good for teaching halving) and then spin the stones inside. The stones have different faces (happy, sad, angry) do they also lend themselves to learning about feelings. They’re also very nice to use in role play (cooking, having picnics, market stalls). They have a good weight to them and despite being plastic are very tactile. A good size for a child’s hand. All of which explains how popular they are I think.

lovely toy

i really cant fault this toy. Promoting dexterity and fine motor skills in a fun and colorful way is always great. The 9 piece set is beautifully made. the outsides skins are traditional avocado green but when opened they reveal a individual colour and a stone with a funny face. my neice loved it and plays with it for ages.
