Matches OMEGA probe

Don't listen to the negative reviews. I almost didn't buy this as I needed a replacement for my OMEGA probes. Yea...This is perfect, the temp is within .01c of the OMEGA ones. No need to recalibrate anything.

Cheaply made.

The insulation is extremely thin. The connection point to the check can be made loose very easily. It worked through 1 job (2 Days) before I was getting erroneous readings.
