Chinese made medium grade quality.
It's a shovel. It folds. It feels solid It gets three stars because it isn't fully riveted like the old school military shovels but it's rather held together by a carriage screw with a nylon locking nut.

Okay, but not great
I basically had to buy one of these just to see what it is like. and it's okay, but the haft is thinner and therefor; less stong than I'd like. Maybe it just needs more metal reinforcement? That said? Still one of the better folding shovels of this pattern I have seen.

Very lightly built
This is a weak product. The very first time I used it to dig out a stuck snowmobile it broke where the shovel and handle meet at a taper. I had to hike out and leave the vehicle. Gave the shovel the benefit of just bad luck. Put a piece of broom handle in it and away I went. Now the nut that allows the folding of the shovel keeps jamming through usage, not allowing it to be folded away. I'd use it for digging potting soil, but nothing else. Not reliable at all. Love the concept just not the implementation. Improve it and I'll buy it again. Best of luck!
