Trigger is light- could be louder

The brass bell itself is lovely and a good size. The part you pull and release that hits the bell is a bit too light. It would ring much louder if there were a heavier piece. Nonetheless, it produces a good-enough volume to get the job done in light traffic. I will try and add some weight to the trigger mechanism

Maybe damaged in shipping

Bought for a friend as gift, didn't work kinda embarrassed. I have one for myself and never had a problem. However since my return period had expired I had to bend it around a bit to get a ding. Bit now its a nice clear crisp DING

Loud and clear

This bell sounds fine and is easy to operate. It is not too rude sounding, but will alert a person or animal of your presence. The "COMING IN HOT" printed on the bell is a nice touch.

Nice, sustained tone

This is a nice ding for those without headphones or EarPods. I suppose the only option is an air horn for those situations. Nice, solid construction
