Next level fitness for aqua-x

I needed more resistance than my little foam weights provide in the water and this does the trick. My arms and shoulders are a little sore but in a good way and I worked out my abs better in the pool. It feels like I actually worked out like I was in the gym.

Great for smaller sizes person.

This is 1 per order and are not able to be used 1 handed. It's too much force. However 2 handed yes but for someone with a larger size and large hands it's not for you. Smaller person with 2 hands it makes sense. Bigger person, large hands. It's awkward. Needs to come a bit bigger for larger handed people.

It’s really great

I love this product but when I received it, it only came as one. So I had to order another one. The description should be a little more helpful in the specs. It’s not on the box it comes in either. Other than that Great Product. I love it for water aerobics. Great resistance.

Great variety tool for the pool

Purchased to train an older adult in a pool setting. Gives you a wide array of exercises to do in the water. Pushing,pulling, rotational. Would be nice to have a dvd of exercises. Not many things like it on the market- hence the higher price. I would like to see these for $15/ea I paid $60 for the pair. If this wasn’t in a professional setting I would have used tubing or other alternatives. I do rec these for the variety.

It works well for aqua aerobics

I use this in aqua aerobics. Overall it works fine but the sides feel a bit thin and uncomfortable to hold.

great workout tool!
