A little bulky, but they work great. Does not turn off when the bike turns off, so remember to do it yourself! A welcome addition to my cold weather ride.

Works great!! Almost five stars, but screws

One reviewer said it won't turn off when you turn the bike off. That's not exactly true. True, the grips do not turn off immediately upon turning off the bike. However, if you read the manual or box (apparently he didn't) it tells you the heat controller has a built-in detection circuit (called BSM) that powers down the grips to prevent battery drainage when the engine is off. The controller still has lights on, so it looks like it's still on, but the grips will not heat until it detects normal system voltage from a running engine. The grips get quite toasty at the highest setting, so it's nice in really cold weather. There's also a good range of settings - not just off, low, or high. You do need to pay close attention to what size your handlebars are. These (AREN'T) one size fits all. The (only) reason I didn't rate it a full five stars: the two replacement bolts (longer than stock) that mounts the heat controller to the clutch clamp (or mirror clamp, whichever the case may be), aren't stainless steel or anti-rust treated. They both started to rust two days after installation! TWO DAYS! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone complaining about cold, numb hands! It's a great product, but immediately buy a set of stainless steel bolts!

They definitely work well

So far zero complaints. Easy enough installation. In my particular case, I had to dremel off a flange on my throttle side to slide it on. Was very tight, however I used (don't laugh) K-Y Jelly to lubricate. I mention it because it's the ideal lubricant because it's water based. Once dried...it's solid. Please not that there is next to no flexing or stretching of these grips. They are very firm. Make sure your handlebar size is correct. Mine was 7/8.
