I'm sorry you guys had a bad experience. I purchased this from Walmart, I liked the fact that it was gentle on my hair, my hair was very soft and nine if it came out in the comb while it was wet as it useualy does. I want people to know that this is not like hair color, you should mix it and let it sit covered even overnight, then you can leave on your hair for and hour. It is not hair dye , even though I used black it did not make my hair black, my hair was dark brown and my grey areas on the edges and slightly in the crown turned a lighter brown which made my hair look highlighted. I didn't mind because it was better than grey. The more you use it the more it will had color, if you want blacker hair and Idigo henna, add with black tea instead of plain water, I use dark coffee. Use a really good condition after, I used Shea butter or something from Walmart or dollar general, and I only use 100% Olive oil , a little on your hair and scalp before blowing, by the way I'm black, if your white or etc you can add the Olive oil to the henna mix before you put it in your hair and put on a plastic cap.

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK

FIRST OFF I WANT TO START BY SAYING THAT THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT DELIVER ANYTHING IT ADVERTISES. THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO LEAVE THE PRODUCT ON FOR 3 HOURS, AND THAT I DID. AFTER 3 HOURS, I REMOVED THE DYE AND DRIED MY HAIR, NOT TO MENTION THAT AS I WASHED MY HAIR I NOTICED HOW EXTREMELY DRY MY HAIR HAD GOTTEN!!! IT FELT LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BREAK BY THE TOUCH!!! I NOTICED THERE WAS NOT A BIT OF A DIFFERENCE IN THE COLOR OF MY HAIR. BUT I KEPT OPTIMISTIC BECAUSE IT SAID THAT THE COLOR WILL TAKE EFFECT AFTER A WEEK OR SO AND AFTER A FEW WASHES. I EVEN TRIED TO USE MY OTHER PACKED ON MY HAIR AGAIN THIS TIME LEAVING IT ON FOR ALMOST 7 HOURS, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED!!! NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET EVEN CLOSE TO A COLOR CHANGE IN MY HAIR, THE DYE DIDNT EVEN COVER MY GRAYS!!! A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, I REGRET BUYING THIS AND WILL NOT EVER BUY AGAIN!!!
