Good mirror but overpriced in my opinion…

This is a good mirror. Easy to hold, not too heavy, exactly what you want in a handheld mirror. No magnification at all, which I prefer with a handheld mirror (we use it to look in the wall mirror to look at the back of our hair etc so we do not need a magnification with a handheld mirror). But there isn’t anything special about this mirror and it’s a bit overpriced in my opinion $20 (price of mirror at time of review). That’s the only reason I knocked 1 star off..

This mirror is pretty usable, likely due to its size and weight. You can definitely fit your whole head into the frame except the top and some hair.

Sturdy Small handheld mirror. Compact, thin design is easy to store

I ordered this mirror because my vision isn't great. The title at the time of my order said "High Intensity Magnification", although it didn't specify the strength. Since this is a mirror designed to help us with accurate eyebrow shaping, it would need to offer a better view, right? Unfortunately, this is a regular mirror without any magnification. I can't see my brows any better than checking with the mirror on my wall. Assuming the title of the product will be corrected by Browngame ASAP, I decided to review the mirror as a regular mirror. For that it's pretty good. The flat handle is easy to hold. The frame feels sturdy and solid. The overall depth of the product is 1/4 inch and I love the thin design. The square mirror portion, not including the frame is 4 1/4 inches, with the frame about 4 3/4, and the overall length is slightly over 8 inches. This makes it very compact for a vanity drawer either to lay flat or up along the side of my drawer. It won't take up much real estate. This mirror will not be useful for me to check my brows or makeup in general. My vision requires decent magnification for that. But I can use this mirror to check the back of my hairstyle and that's pretty handy. And as mentioned, the frame is nicely done. Think about your personal needs and decide if this is the right mirror for you.

Lightweight, easy to hold

This is a very nice single-sided handheld mirror. It is lightweight and easy to hold. It is just the right size for close-up work like eyebrows. The reflective image is clear, with no distortion. From the product description, I was expecting significant magnification. This looks like a regular mirror to me. If there is magnification, it is very subtle.

Any mirror can reflect, for $20 I want one that has enough awareness to self-reflect

Can this mirror take light in and show you a mirror-image of what's in front of it? Sure, what good, self-respecting mirror can't. If it couldn't it would just be glass. Not even a mirror at all. So kudos to this mirror for passing the basic standards of mirror-ism. But is that enough? Is that all we want from our mirrors? A superficial reflection of what they see repeated back to our eyes like an inanimate visual version of a parrot? Or is there something more? I want a mirror that can self-reflect; that can really think hard on the things it's seen and be moved by them, to learn and grow. THAT is a mirror worth having. It's a tall order, I know, after all where does one find such a mirror? And how would such a mirror ultimately find...itself? Once it does, will it like what it sees? If not, how would such a mirror improve itself to be the best mirror it can be? Or would it get angry, go on a drinking spree, and wake up next to a case of red rum with no idea who the victim is, how they got there, or why there's a partially eaten apple on the floor, and an evil queen standing over it laughing maniacally. Maybe sentient mirrors aren't all they're cracked up to be, or maybe we've just been unlucky in the ones we've seen thus far belonging to evil queens. Who can say? Those secrets and more are lost to time now that Michael Jackson is gone. ***Overall Value*** It's a mirror. It reflects well. But $20 is a lot to pay for a reflective surface. So ponder that, mister mirror, reflect on your own self-worth and then we'll talk.

Good Sized

For a handheld mirror this is a good sized mirror. Comfortable to hold as it's not too heavy and it doesn't feel so lightweight that it could have come for the local dollar store. Easily stores in a drawer. Image is clear and easy to see with no smudges of reflection
