Adjustable tension, but small screws included.

Works well and can adjust the tension springs easily. Just Wish they came with better screws, ones included are too thin/short to hold into cement or brick. Probably ok for wood.

Probably need more than two

These hinges work great. I'd like to see some thicker screws, since my gate is a large cedar panel. I might buy another set and add a 3rd hinge to the gate just to make sure the weight isn't too much. That said, these hinges, once adjusted, close the gate quickly and firmly every time.

Should have listened to other reviews; stops working

Worked well for about 5 days then the spring became weak. Door closes sometimes and not others.
