Warm but not the easiest to put on

Was looking for a cold weather mitten and these definitely keep my fingers warm but, they're a bit on the bulky side and are not a quick mitten to pull on. Because they're bulky I found that I need to remove them to do things and putting them back on is not a quick pull. Still searching for a warm mitten that's more pliable.

Amazing in 15 degree weather dog walking

I am from southern USA and hate cold weather. I have lived in Germany for 2 winters. First winter I got gloves for dog walking and fingers were always freezing. This year I got these and have worn them The since Thanksgiving for dog walking in 15 degree weather. I can’t feel anything! Hands stay warm the whole time. I cannot recommend these gloves enough.

No cold fingers

Since lockdown, I’ve tried to get out and walk in the neighborhood once a day. Now with the cold weather on us, staying warm for 30 - 45 min was proving to be a challenge. No matter what gloves I tried, my fingers were uncomfortably cold. My daughter got me these for Christmas and I’m sold! Warmest things I’ve ever owned for my hands. Now I have to say, I’m not normally a fan of mittens for dexterity issues, but for simply walking or doing anything that doesn’t really require actual finger dexterity, you will be amazed. Super soft on the inside. I have a wide palm but short fingers and these were initially a little snug to get on but after 4 or 5 wears they broke in and are now fine. I have to say I am very happy with these.

Not wind proof

These aren't as warm as expected from Carhartt. Finger area filling is a bit thin and can feel wind come thru. Good for hiking and walking. Cold for snow blowing or standing still.

best mittens

I live in Montana and have tried every glove on the market...even ones for 30 below & they do not work. I bought these and was a little skeptical because of the great value. But I was pleasantly surprised and have yet to have cold hands on my morning walks...even with below zero temps.

I've worn these multiple times and they have always kept my hands warm including the night when it was -35 celsius with the windchill :)

Mittens are better then gloves, so this does the job.
