Needs additional adhesive to work, wrapped too tightly for shipping (won't lay flat)

Two complaints: 1) The product is wrapped far too tightly for shipping and it's very hard to get out the wrinkles and folds. You'll have to lay this out for a for a few days in a sunny room to flatten it. 2) The adhesive strips are too small, weak, and are poorly positioned. The sum of these two complaints is that to get a professional result, you will have to use an additional adhesive and/or staples (the latter will make the job look amateur, at best.) I would still buy again, but beware that you will have to do some extra work that you may not expect.

Did a nice job

Base was easy to put up, but in other reviews I did apply additional adhesive to the base. It adhered quickly and I used a roller to smooth out any ripples. I used this in my garage and it gave it a finished look. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.

The adhesive is only in the middle so the bottom and the top ruffle out and its hard to make even

Lpks great, self adhesive but did not stick.

Looks great but had to buy glue to make ot stick. Needed another 4 ft get it in a smaller quantity.

Joe Buden is stickier than this crap and he's teflon

BUYER BEWARE, this stuff is USELESS. The adhesive backing is so weak I had to use Gorilla Glue construction adhesive just to get it to stick to the wall. Mind you it's sticky enough to rip the drywall paper off when you try to remove it but not sticky enough to ACTUALLY F'N WORK!

This product should not have been sold!

I was very disappointed not with MD but with the cove base I received. My flooring installer was not happy that the base appeared to have been left in a very hot place as the adhesive was melted and oozing out from between the backing paper. Everything was a sticky mess and the adhesion is questionable. I expect it will fail!

Doesn't work the way its supposed to!!

When we unrolled this, it was "wavy"at the top thru entire roll. We left on floor with books for days, but didn't really help. My husband put up anyhow, thinking glue we bought would help it stay up, but it didn't. Within a few hours it was coming away from wall in many places. Also, because it was rolled, the little fold that is supposed to run along the bottom so it can attach to the floor, was pretty non existent. He tried to make the fold,but that didn't work out well either. Bottom line is this was the worst thing I ever bought online. Basically it stuck all along the center, where it was flat like it should be, but both top and bottom came off wall where it was wavy. We should have returned it as soon as we unrolled it, but I guess he thought the glue would help it to stick. Since we attempted to use it, we are out the $$. We had to remove it and go with something else. This is the first negative review I ever posted on something I bought online, but I want people to know what they could get- maybe we got two bad rolls- I don't know. On a positive note, it did arrive super quick

Not a good product

I followed the instructions to unroll it and let it sit on rolled for 24 hours. I even let it sit in the sun for a bit. Some of it word fine but this roll did not. I tried everything I could to make it flat to the wall. I was going to remove it and send it back but, it was taking the wall board away from the wall.
