Bright light..

The light is very well constructed..the orange side view shows light is in use and this is a nice feature. The detachable charge point cover does not come off easily. When removing from the handlebars a long security screw has to be undone..this should be somewhat shorter. Still have not tested battery life.

Great light for backwoods commuting.

Great beam and pattern. The urban pulse strobe is a very smart pattern that doesn't blind oncoming traffic. The light itself on full blast is a bit too much for oncoming pedestrians and cyclists but works well for high speed commuting on dark trails through the woods. Wish the button was easier to quickly toggle into a dim mode. Weakness is probably the mount. I like that it's strong and adapts to many handlebar shapes. But no quick release.

Excellent product

This was my second purchase from Light & Motion, having purchased their VYA Pro taillight. Both have worked extremely well and I definitely feel safer when using them.

Good but ?

I just tested the light to see how long it would last on high power, I have a time of 1:59:40 The light works well on all four settings and the only thing, is the screw to loosen to remove light. Very close to handlebar attachment and I have to twist upward the mount to loosen.

powerful light, works like a charm.

easily mounted on handlebars, powerful light. matt told me to get this & when it comes to bike stuff, i do what matt tells me to do. matt is the best. when it comes to non-bike stuff, maybe don’t always do what matt tells you to do because you might end up with the danzig/shakira mashup stuck in your head for almost two decades. matt rules.

Awesome light for night riding on the maintain bike

Great helmet mounted light for night riding. I bought this because you can use it for a handle bar mount or helmet mount. Comes with the helmet mount kit. Highly recommended.

Yellow sidelights are nice

Tested this alongside a Garmin Varia UT800. The Garmin was nice, but I ultimately kept this for the yellow sidelights and the mount's ability to adjust the light direction on the fly. I also like that the day flash mode isn't seizure inducingly intense.
