Works great but missing test strips

Missing the bromine test strips as other have also had happen... Will try to contact company, if nothing will be sent back..... Besides that it works fine and makes testing ez and fast..... Followup. 11-30-22.... Contacted company and they sent me the missing test strips... Said it's a Amazon thing being that make sure when shipped to Amazon the have everything and the case has a ziptie on it..... Mine came with no ziptie..... Still way worth it and a great test kit for a spa service person

Great test kit for spa owner

Nice kit. Works very well for spa testing. Results are fast and accurate. It did miss the bromine test strips. I contacted manufacture and they sent me a fresh made bottle immediately. The customer service is really nice and helpful.

Didn’t come with all the test strips.

Description/videos does not match the instructions on how to use. Slightly better than the normal dip and guess test strips. Going to try it one more time and take the water to our local store to test accuracy

Missing test strips

This is the 2nd kit I ordered, and both were missing the same test strips. Had to return both.

I too was missing strips from my kit. I contacted the company and they sent out the strips next day. Superb customer service from a US company. Most importantly meter works great!

Pricey, but worth it

I have a color deficiency but understand how to make the water what it needs to be. This takes the guesswork out with very spot on readings. No more having to ask my wife, "does this color match this strip" ????
