I love this case, it is very well made. We take it camping and it has had so problems.

Sturdy and well built

I bought both the 12" and 14" Camp DO tote bags and I am impressed with the quality of workmanship. Some reviews have stated that they are concerned that the legs might poke hole through the bottom, over time. A simple solution is to put the lid in first, handle side up then put the Dutch oven on top of the lid, zip the zipper and Velcro the handles together and the problem is solved. I highly recommend these as they fit the deep dish DO as well. keeps them protected and easy to carry. I just wish they made one for my 20" DO as well. ;-}

Very nice. Would make two improvements.

I like how this holds the dutch ovens and look forward to using them with my tower. I would like to see two improvements however. First, the lid needs a separate compartment (preferably with the handle down into the dutch oven). Second, the bottom of the bag needs a hard surface for the feet to sit on, it is apparent the feet will eventually wear a hole in the bottom.

Must have for the Lodge Camp Dutch Oven

Bought this to keep my lodge Dutch oven in while we camp and it works great. Seems very durable especially for the weight of cast iron.

Where's the Base?

Dutch ovens have little legs in the bottom of the pot to elevate it off the ground. It makes it possible for you to put coals under. The Base (bottom) of the bag is the same fabric as the rest of the bag. If to carry the bag by the handle all the weight will be on the spots the legs dig into. You're gonna get holes. I rigged my bag by putting cardboard at the bottoms. Outside the that, the bag is easy to clean, and made well.

Awesome for our Lodge Dutch Oven!

This fits our Lodge Camp Dutch oven perfectly. It is made very well, has nice padding, and feels sturdy enough to last for years. I really like that it will keep the Dutch oven clean while we travel. I bought a 12” pizza pan from Walmart for $1.98 so the feet won’t poke holes on the bottom material. It is a little expensive but at least it seems to be of good quality. Overall, I highly recommend this for your Lodge Dutch Oven.

Perfect fit for a 10 deep camp dutch oven with legs

Great quality, I put the lid in first on paper towels, then the camp dutch oven so the legs are on the lid and more weight is in the bottom. Zipper is top quality and the handles are very sturdy. This is a 10 deep camp dutch oven pictured. Very impressed.

Fits my dutch oven and a small cast iron frying pan

Works like a charm and nakes transporting my dutch oven much easier. Knowing that after it is cleaned, it will stay clean. I added a small frying pan to the top of the oven. Fit is snug and I hope I do not ruin the zipper with additional piece.
