Defective acetylene regulator

I went to use the unit for the first time and found the acetylene regulator to be defective, did not register PSI. Difficult to contact Amazon to get a replacement acetylene regulator. The oxygen regulator works good. Reference number 55432862100EFBA2W. Otherwise have not tried light torch Forney unit.

Not right goggles and can’t fill acetylene tank

Did not come with goggles in picture. Cannot fill tank acetylene tank that comes with kit. Have to pay for another tank at welding supply store.

Substandard Carrier

The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed in the carrying case. The front door is secured with brad nails in plastic. This will never hold long term. It came out of the box with one side already opening up. See picture. You can see from the picture and video that the door will not close tight when the bottle is inserted. The bottle pushes the front panel/door open. I will need to place a strap around the whole thing to hold the door shut and keep it from eventually pushing the front open and letting the bottle fall out which is a safety concern.

Both tanks arrive empty (according to regulations?). This is should be noted. But everything works very well!
