Not as described

Topsy... but I renamed “Whee” is adorable. Design is by Tocano Co. Unfortunately, Whee is made in China...and it shows. He was supposed to be an antique stone color. He is white white and really shows any & all dirt, etc of any kind. He has a long line on the top of his head probably from the mold he was made in. He’s getting little knicks/flakes where final covering is flaking off. I don’t get close. He is heavy enough to stay upright in moderate wind. So disappointed...
