Very nice quality. Only downside is the neck on the valve and sleeve isn't very long. I've seen them with an extension for the valve channel that allows more adjustment. I bought this for a new construction fireplace but can't mount it because I don't know exactly how thick my substrate and stone will be. You only have about an inch to work with so the valve mounting depth must be precise.

Excellent Product..

This is a well made excellent product. I am using a 2 stage regulator on my LP tank as recommended by the local LP gas company. The log lighter produces an hot flame that does the job! I am using it as a movable lighter with the valve and lighter connected to an outside propane tank by a 10' hose.
