comes as pictured; adjustment requires a watch band link removal kit

updating and adding a star. I didn't realize that the links were attached with pins and not screws. the links are easily removed with a watch band link removal tool (~$10). I needed to remove one segment for a better fit. ---------------- It's a heavy watch band. handsome as pictured. Heavy weight. there are three links that appear to be connected with flat-head screws (not spring-loaded pins) that are intended for adjustment (which I need to make it less loose); but, the slot of the screw appears to have been plated over with the black tone finish such that my jeweler's screwdriver cannot grip the screw slot. so, I can't adjust it.

Very nice bracelet.

Looks much better in person than it did in the pictures. It's also heavier than expected, which I happen to like.
