Hitch Glitch

Two days after my husband installed this item on his truck, the orange Chicago "C" fell off in the driveway. Luckily it wasn't somewhere else where we wouldn't have noticed it. BUT, as we were attempting to re-attach the letter with superglue, the "C" was so flimsy it shattered into pieces, and trust me, we were being delicate with it when this occurred! Very disappointed.

The front plate is nice abs solid, te brackets that come with it are weak...I guess to fit to the size of different hitches. Overall I would rate it 3 1/2 at best.
