STAINS!!!

I drink tea, not coffee. This mug stained after only a handful of uses. Hard to keep clean.

Whoa! Not Dishwasher safe- Hand wash

Well darn. I bought this cup March 30, 2021 and today is June 6, 2021. This is all the design that is left on the cup. It started peeling off in May when it was put in the dishwasher and now is almost gone. I love the size and sturdiness of the cup, but sure wish the design had not peeled off. If you buy, be sure to hand wash only, the description of dishwasher safe is not accurate.

Do not buy from this company they charge $6 to return an item. The mug is great, but its a bit dark in color. Nice and big.

Disappointed

Ordered owl mug instead horse one came no packing slip what so ever in box very disappointed as it was ment for a gift and to late to return it. Do not order anything have read other reviews and looks like they are very bad quality.

Very disapointed, printing peals off!!!

The image if a plastic film that is applied on the surface of the mug. The listing says dishwasher safe, but it's not true! The film detaches and actually managed to clog the drain of our dishwasher. We had to remove the pump of the dishwasher and found it filled with the plastic film. The picture shows how the mug looks like after about one month of use....
