Good Value for Reputable Product

Not much to say...it was exactly as described, decent battery lifespan, arrived in good condition, so I got what I wanted. It's a good idea to buy name-brand products, but even better when what you get is actually that name brand product.

Defective batteries

Sorry for leaving a bad comment, but non of the batteries work, even for powering a simple wall clock it will not work. Wouldn't of left a bad review if I can return the product, but there is a no return policy. Just want to let the seller and buyers aware of this situation. Hope no one gets detective batteries like me. Thank you.

Duracel batteries

Have you ever used regular Duracell batteries? if so, these are them. If not, have you ever used regular AA batteries from another brand? these are a Duracell branded version of those. If you've never used batteries before; WOW, are you in for a treat! these are electricity you can take with you anywhere! THE FUTURE IS NOW!!! Duracell performs adequately. well enough in high draw electronics, and spectacularly well in light use devices.

Duracel Batteries are duds.

These are 20 pack of AA Duracel batteries rated at 1.5 volts. I replaced 3 in my son's toy train and wondered why they did not make a difference in performance so i checked them on my voltmeter. The voltages ranged from 0.4volts to .08 volts. Package said they are good until 2030. Obviously these are counterfeit Duracels or just plain duds. Just as a check i had some used Eveready Energisers in a remote control. They read 1.2 volts.

Can't handle cool temps

All these Duracell batteries I purchased through Amazon suffer significant voltage drop at temps below 5C. In times past this was not the case so I can only surmise that they have been degraded by the manufacturer to the point that there is no longer any sensible reason to pay the premium price associated with this brand. So long Duracell.

Good buy

So far they are great, needed batteries for my Xbox controller during this pandemic and they are doing the job. A good purchase hopefully these will last longer than this pandemic take care people and wash your hands.
