Did not receive alignment sticks, but Mat is nice

I would give this item a much higher rating if I actually received everything that is listed. The Good: Matt is good quality, nice thickness, good feel when hitting off of it. The Bad: Did not receive the alignment sticks and customer service is non existent when I tried to reach out to them. I called, it goes to a voicemail box, left one and never heard back. Contacted via email, no reply either. If they would respond and provide the alignment sticks that are supposed to come with it, I would gladly update my rating, but missing pieces and no response from customer service makes it a 3 star

The mat is great for hitting irons but being a lefty I had to drill new holes in the grand new mat because only holes for tees provided were for right ganders. I’d have bought something else if I’d known that.

It is thick and good quality for the price. But I got the 3 Rubber Golf Tee Holder instead of the alighment sticks.
