Great Tasting coffee; perfect for occasional use

Once having decided to purchase an espresso machine, I hmm'ed and hawed over type: semi-automatic (approx $500+) or simpler Nespresso. Already have a good drip and grinder, and I did not relish the thought of a complicated process. But the Nespresso, while a low-cost unit, is a more expensive cup. Plus, the pods must be re-cycled (for which Nespresso has accounted). In the end, I decided on the Nespresso Vert (not the 'Plus'). And so far, I am quite pleased. The coffee / espresso has good taste (though not as rich/sweet as a well-pulled shot), and it is good enough for a functional cup of drink. The pods also allow me to have easy variety, including decaf. The Vertuo produces cream, of sorts, but it is somewhat bubbly. I don't care. Could be hotter, and adding cold milk or cream, cools it even faster. Therefore, I first nuke a bit of cream, and then make the coffee into that cup. Finally, the footprint is minimal. Bottom line, the Nespresso works for me, and I recommend it to anyone with similar expectations/requirements.

Obsessed!

Wow. I can't believe how much better this coffee is than my Keurig. Ingenious design.. one touch operation. A bar code on the pods tells the machine how to brew. You can customize the presets, but I've found the machine knows best, at least for my tastes. The espresso is amazing too. Perfect crema every time on both coffee and espresso. I don't even miss the cream, which is great as I do a 16:8 IF and don't take in calories before 11am. I start my day with an espresso shot with a packet of Whole Earth stevia / monkfruit sweetener and my brain is revved up and ready to go in a few minutes. Perfect for a NOT a morning fan like me! I'm sorry Keurig, my long-time friend. You are now regulated to the RV, and only until I buy another Nespresso for my camper!

Not hot enough

I love that the product is easy to use and makes five different sizes of coffee. I love the flavor of the coffee. The only thing I complain about is that it does not make HOT coffee. My other Breville Nespresso machine makes wonderfully hot coffee, every cup, every time. I have to microwave my cup of coffee after I make it in this new machine if I actually want it to be hot. It’s because of that that I only give it a rating of four stars. If I could give it 3.5 would.

Great product at an even better price

I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Machine by Breville! It looks stylish on my countertop and the one-touch brewing system makes it incredibly easy to get a perfect cup of coffee or espresso every time. The variety of pod options available ensures that there's something for everyone. I highly recommend this high-quality coffee and espresso machine.

Great replacement for my old Keurig

My significant other was skeptical about this machine and I told him that it was MUCH better than Keurig. I pestered him for months about getting it for me, and he finally did! Yay for Valentine's day. Let me just tell you this: he is fully a Nespresso person and wants to leave Keurig behind. It makes great coffees that are clean and filled with caffeine. The only downside is that the cups are more expensive than K-cups, but at least I'm drinking quality stuff! The machine is sturdy and I LOVE the disposable function (when you are finished with the cup, it dispenses it to a built-in disposal that you have to empty every 10-12 cups or so).

I'll have trouble drinking coffee outside my home

* It makes an excellent cup of coffee or demitasse of espresso. Full-bodied flavour even with decaf coffee. Overall operation is simple and intuitive. * Easy to maintain! Cleaning is a breeze. * My only complaint is that I wish they had used more stainless steel in manufacturing the product. I bought the Capmesso silicone lids (bad idea!). When a lid fails, spraying grounds, the machine senses an anomaly and ceases operation - avoiding any internal damage. Appreciated.

Good coffee machine - overpriced

Very good coffee machine with very high quality coffee. The only downside is the price and especially the price of the pods. There are not cheap alternatives pods and you have to stick with the nespresso ones that are very pricey

Better than the Vertuo Next

This is my third Nespresso Machine. The first two (Warranty coverage) were the Next Model which I learned very quickly is a terrible to use machine. Nothing but problems. It was replaced once and when the same issue started again the warranty would replace it again. I was out another coffee machine. The coffee itself is what keeps me as a customer. It’s the best tasting best quality of a single brew machine. This machine has been brilliant. It’s a big bigger on my counter. But it’s quieter. Built better than the Next models and still easy to use with zero issues up to this point. Highly recommend this model or any model other than the Next models.

Best at Home Coffee Machine Ever

I use my machine every day and there are so many pods and different types available that mu possibilities are endless. I’m just happy that I don’t have to pay for starbs all the time anymore so I’m saving money in the long run for quality coffee and lattes at home. I personally have not had an issue with lukewarm coffee temperatures at all but have been keeping up with cleaning maintenance so maybe thats why? Super easy to use machine. I’d recommend buying the actual pods on the nespresso online store or at their boutique because they are a fraction of the amazon prices. Glad I got rid of my Tassimo machine for this. Absolutely love it!

not bad

This coffee machine is very convenient to use and can quickly fill a cup of coffee. But the attached coffee capsule is not my favorite flavor. I hope that sellers can provide more choices for buyers, which will make us feel better
