Only included 1 key, stamped with Master lock

The media could not be loaded. Lock arrived with only one key and that key is stamped with Master lock. According to some reviews that's a less secure lock cylinder. I feel a bit ripped off.

A possible solution to the Master Lock paradox!

Hey locksporters! This is not the average American 1100. This is an "S" 1100, not the "A" 1100. This lock combines the American 1100 series lock body with the Master Lock LOTO lock key cylinder. This is the same 6-pin cylinder that is considered one of Master Lock's most secure cylinders, but is normally found in the plastic 410 LOTO locks. Hence, the paradox. If one is looking for an alternative to the normal American lock cylinders, and are interested in the 410 cylinder in a more secure lock body, then this is the one to get!

Missing duplicate keys

I just bought two of these. The packaging says on each that it should come with 2 keys a piece, both only arrived with one. The keys say "do not duplicate." Going see if the hardware store gives me a hard time. This might be useful to know for others.

Good lock but not as advertised.

Lock is good like one would expect. However they come with one key marked do not duplicate. This is not advertised. Not only that the key is not the standard AMERICAN lock style head but stamped Master Lock. The packaging has a sticker placed over another sticker. I can’t tell if this is due to changes such as the key post manufacturing. I will be returning.

The lock was fine and functioning as expected

The lock was fine and functioning as expected. The core wasn't the AM3 (which is what I wanted). All serrated key pins, 4 serrated drivers and one spool. The core was drilled for 6 pins only 5 of them were pinned up and it was a 5 pin key

Missing the key

The original box was crushed and the key was missing. Not in the envelope either. Returning is too much of a hassle for one padlock so I guess I'll pick and rekey it. Don't recommend tho.

Heavy, solid, works with Pelican 1200 case

I bought this lock to work with my Pelican 1200 Case. It works great. I fly with the Pelican case and require two locks, TSA has never taken issue with it. The lock is physically heavy and feels well built.

Highly recommended

Now THIS is a lock to up your picking skills! 6 pin tumbler lock filled with security pins. Mine had 5 spools and one serrated pin. Have cracked a number of ABUS locks and even a ML410, but this one's eluded me so far. Highly recommended for those who want to up their locksporting skills.

No key

I received the product without a key so lock is useless without a key. Locks appeared to be used with master lock keys and not American lock keys
