Well-Constructed; Has Bottom on the Box

Most tissue cover boxes do not have a bottom, so if you need to move the tissue box, you have to be sure to insert your hand underneath or else the tissue box itself will fall out. This box from Alpine has a sliding wood bottom so that you can easily put in new tissue boxes, but still pick up the box and not have the tissues fall out. I've replaced several tissue boxes in our home with this Alpine cover.

WAS EXPECTING BETTER QUALITY BUT THEY ARE OKAY.

I ordered two of these for my living room and they will do the job. I do like that they have bottoms on them and that they are wood. The color is also nice. On the other hand, one of them was very hard to open because the sliding bottom does not fit very well. There are also little chips on one of the corners and on the opening of the other, which is a little rough around the edges. They aren’t noticeable if you aren’t looking for them but I was disappointed in them for the price. Overall, they will do the job and look nice on my end tables. I was just expecting better quality.

NIce tissue box for my room

I have many tissue boxes around my house, 1/2 dozen wood ones, a black metal one, several rattan boxes, a chrome one, even a mother of pearl one depending on the room decor they are used in. In my opinion nothing detracts from a room's decor like an ugly tissue box which quickly draws the eye. Kleenex, Puffs, and store brands must have contests to see who can design the most unattractive tissue boxes, they are all awful. This box looks nice and is overpriced but I could not replace it for less. I matches the decor in the room where it is used and I am happy with my purchase.

1 out of 2 had imperfections on the top

1 out of 2 were perfect. Well wrapped and boxed so it wasnt caused in shipping. 2nd one cane with imperfections on top. I probably should message seller first. Not sure yet how to locate. Beautiful and worth the price on the other one.

Beautiful box for tissues. No issues with the tissues coming out and is a pretty dark wood that matches my decor so the tissue box pattern isn't a sore thumb.

DO NOT BUY

I read the other reviews that said the quality was bad and the product comes damaged, but decided to roll the dice anyway because the colour and price were right. Bad decision. Mine too arrived visibly broken even though it was still in its plastic wrap. Anyway, this is just a cautionary tale. The other reviews are accurate, it's crap quality, don't bother rolling the dice and seeing if yours will be the outlier that shows up in tact.
