Great idea!

We needed access to the bathroom plumbing from a closet where the opening would be visible. This solved the problem! It fit well. It was not difficult to install for my husband. Yay.

After doing some searching for the correct solution. Do I make something or buy something? The size I needed was 12" x 12". My local hardware store, Lowes or Home Depo did not have this size in stock. It was very convenient being able to order on-line and considering the fact that I have never been disappointed with products I have purchase through Amazon. I was very pleased with the quality of the construction. This access panel matches my white trim perfectly. Considering the Cost & Labor expended, buying this product was a GOOD decision.

Door not 180 degress when open

The door is nice. Although the hinges are plastic, they seem sturdy. I had to decide which way to mount it because it doesn't open a flush 180 degrees when open. The door only opens about 150 degrees? But it should allow enough access to repair the plumbing in the future if needed.

Great Product!

I had a water shutoff valve replaced in the wall under the bathroom sink. This came in handy for covering the cutout in the wall while still providing access to the shutoff valve when needed. Gives the wall a clean and neat appearance.

Good but could be great.

Works great replace old cent grate for plumbing access but I wish there were a better way to attach to walk like turning fingers. Liquid nail is messy and screws could not work in my application.
