This is my new favorite brand of bake ware. I have slowly been replacing everything I have with it. The pans last for years they aren't overly priced. Just love them!

Works as i expected, i like how vegetables won't fall through (as long as cut properly) and it's easy to clean when adding cooking spray

Bad coating on pan!
After returning the first delivery of this product because of the rack scraping the coating off of the pan, in which there were defects in the rack as well, I should have just requested a refund instead of a replacement. Where the rust spots are in the pictures is where the rack rests on the pan. Too late for a refund request so unfortunately I have to chalk it up to money wasted!

Very easy to use
I used this the day I received it. It's lighter than others I've used and it broiled my steak to a great medium rare that night. Easy to clean and store.

Still the veggies are now roasted instead of boiled in meat juices and even if it's left for a few days it's very easy to clean
Whilst the corners of the platform don't meet the corners of the roasting tray it's not much of a gap to insert a turkey baster. Still the veggies are now roasted instead of boiled in meat juices and even if it's left for a few days it's very easy to clean. The roasting tray however did suffer discolouration on day 1 and it's been poorly sprayed in some areas and even scratched on delivery, but other than that it's fine and surviving.
