It turned out way toooo RED. It stays put and has not washed out yet but its kinda red for my liking. I needed 3 bottles to do my hair and tracks. I do like that it has highlights and lowlights. but I wanted a more brown red. then reddish brown.

Fantastic color!

Perfect bright red shade, the smell isn’t bad compared to most. Simple two product mix, with the awesome clairol color conditioner included. There are gloves included, but I wouldn’t use them as they are junk. I use a shower cap to limit the smell & help the color really take. It’s super red- wear gloves to wash it out. And spray the sink or tub you’re using with water when done. Red can stain if not cleaned up after. Color lasts well. Long hair needs 2 boxes. Price is equal to that of Walmart- but they don’t carry this color. Good stuff!

Beautiful color and coverage.

I love that this color is a natural ginger. I have dyed and bleached my hair numerous times and this got me close as possible to my natural strawberry blonde color.

Closest thing I can find to Preference "Red Penny."

After the initial shock loreal stopped making Red Penny, this brand and color works quite well and is less expensive.

Beautiful color, but do not recommend on bleached hair

Overall it is a beautiful color. But what happened was, my hair was light blonde (bleached) at the beginning it came out this beautiful reddish color, but then after a couple washes, the color faded and now it looks like dark blonde/light brown. So just keep that in mind.
