Welcome back to the 80s
I like the idea of these performance long sleeve shirts, they're great for days in the sun, light enough to be worn even when the temps are high while the long sleeves protect you from the sun. I have two issues with this shirt, the first is color. Wow, welcome back to the neon days of the 80s, the pink is crazy bright. In the product images the pink looks softer, more pastel, it is not. Its bright neon. The second issue is size. For context, I'm 6'2" and 173lbs; I typically wear a size large in most shirts, usually with a slim fit. This shirt in a large was like a tent. Now to be fair, size is relative, it seems Vineyard Vines is going for what some might call a boxy American cut, and truth be told, maybe this is their version of a large and its just oo big for me. I would pay careful attention to the size guide, its a generous fit. Between the fit and the color, it had to go back.
