I have nothing but the BEST things to say about the company 'Dogline'!! I ordered the sm Service Dog vest for my 10 lb Pomeranian. It arrived a few days early than expected, which I was so excited about. When I tried it on Gabbana, it didn't exactly fit her correctly. The chest guard was slightly too wide between her front legs, which I really would've been ok with just removing it, but also the larger clip on the strap that goes under her rib/stomach area was pushing into the back of her front leg/elbow area when she would sit. I normally carry Gabbana in a dog carrying bag/purse & she's always sitting 'n looking around. Having that clip pushing into the back of her leg would've become very uncomfortable after a while. I emailed the company, asking for someone to please call me, vs having to deal with emails back 'n forth. The next day, I received a call from Marina, who was So Amazingly Helpful!! I couldn't have asked for Better customer service, than I did from Marina at Dogline! I believe she definitely went above & beyond to help me & Gabbana, vs what other companies would've done. (Thank You a Million Marina!!) After going over the sizing issues via phone, we discovered that I had received one of their older versions of the sm size I ordered. (Not long ago, they changed the sizing of the sm SD vests to be able to fit smaller/toy dogs better. And So Grateful they did!). She emailed me pics of the new small version, explained the differences, and she said for me to send back the original one I was sent, and she'd send out the newer one. I was So Happy with how helpful Marina was, working with me to help me get the best fit SD vest for my amazing girl, Gabbana, I also decided to order another SD vest they offer. One that's a lighter material, with mesh on the sides, that'll allow for airflow during the hot 'n humid summer heats here in WI. (Gabbana will also be getting her 'lion cut' soon to help with the temps while wearing her gorgeous SD vest). I received both SD vests in the same package, about 5 days later. They both fit her Perfectly - All Thanks to Marina & Dogline!! Also, the Service Dog ID Badge that comes along with the vests, was an extra bonus! Nice touch & Thank You So Much for offering that with the order! Unfortunatelly I actually needed to use that number to contact the Department of Justice, as I'm now going thru a discrimination dispute, bc a company illegally made me leave the premises due to having a Legal Service Dog, & they wouldn't even look at any of her paperwork. It's being dealt with. But that hasn't stopped Gabbana 'n I, still being able to go out in public. Just a helpful tip for future customers: I do Highly recommend using Dogline if you're looking for the Best product, price, & customer service!! But if you're ordering a SM for your dog, depending on the breed 'n build of your dog (toy dog size), maybe double check with the company before ordering the vest, to get the perfect fit. If I ever need anything else for Gabbana, I will Always be going back to Marina & Dogline! Also, I do have one request for Dogline. Could you please look into offering a white and/or light silver color Service Dog vests? I personally, am not a pink, blue, red, green, etc. type person. I like to keep it simple. By offering a white and/or light silver color vest, that would be perfect for the summer time, bc the white/light silver color would reflect against the sun better, vs black. If you do start to offer white and/or light silver in the 2 same SD vests I ordered, I will definitely order both styles of the SD vests again, to have them in both black & white and/or light silver. And if possible, let me know you're starting to carry them, so I could order them asap. (Thank You!) :)
