This is a beautiful, extra large Vera Bradley tote bag with two straps, hand carry or cross-body with a removable strap, and it's perfect for travel, a trip out of town for the day, or anything you want to use this gorgeous, very well made bag for - it will work for that. Speaking of work, it would make an excellent work tote bag with plenty of compartments if it fits into your workplace. Vera Bradley's reputation precedes this bag, and it doesn't let her down. It's made of performance twill and is water resistant. The bag is 16 inches wide, 14 inches high, & 6 inches deep and has 2 slip pockets & 2 zip pockets on the exterior along with 2 slips & a zip on the inside. That's a lot of pockets. Since the bag is made of twill, it's much lighter than a leather or canvas bag would be, and it probably holds more and has more pockets than almost any tote bag on the market. I've never had a tote bag with seven pockets before. The bag is made of a beautiful muted blue fabric with white tiger lilies. The hardest decision about buying this bag would be deciding whether to get this blue one or the pink one, but I love the blue one. It's very sturdy, extremely well made, and lives up to the Vera Bradley name. Excellent product, a beautiful, very well made Vera Bradley tote that lives up to the Bradley name. It has seven pockets, counting the ones on the inside and on the outside, hand carry handles, and a 46" strap that snaps on to convert this to a cross-body tote. It would be perfect for a weekend away, for work in a casual environment, for going anywhere you want and taking everything you need with you. It's big enough to hold my laptop and/or my iPad with room left to spare. Vera Bradley leaves no stone unturned, and this bag is beautifully made of gorgeous muted blue fabric patterned with tiger lilies. This is a wonderful product that will last a long, long time with proper care. Highly recommend this beautiful tote to anyone who needs a weekend or tote bag. You'll have a hard time deciding on the pink or the blue color, but everything else about this tote is easy.
