Helps my senior cat get up to the windowsill
It went together fairly easy. All parts were included. It's sturdy enough, but then MDF is pretty sturdy, especially for a senior cat. The carpet is that awful fake fur, not carpet. I didn't look closely enough at the picture, although I don't think my cat will be sleeping in it because the bed is small. It does do the job I needed it for, which is easily gets her up to the windowsill. For that purpose, and if you have a smaller cat, I will definitely recommend it.

Great cat tree for cats who have trouble jumping
We got this cat tree because it more like stairs so our cats can get up on the counter to get to their water. They are getting older and having trouble jumping that high. they took to it right away. They sometimes sit int he bed but they dont like it being so open. if it was in a corner they would use the bed more. I bought it for the stairs and they use it. The instructions could be better. They didn't have a picture of the finished product in the instructions so i got the photo from amazon and it was a lot easy to put together with a picture of the whole thing. it took no more than 15 minute to put together. 1 allen wrench was needed and they included one.

Best Tree for Big and Multiple Cats!
After much searching for a new cat tree for our three cats (one of whom is 15 pounds of pure muscle), we decided to give this one a shot with all of the positive reviews. It didn't come with clear instructions and we had to use the picture on the box to see exactly how it went together. Once together and placed in the spot in front of the window, the cats were a little hesitant to try it out. Fast forward a few hours (in one cat's case, a year) and they loved it. The top bed has enough room and is sturdy enough to hold the 15 pound cat and the youngest "I have to be next to Kitty all the time" cat. The two share the top with ease, until the playful fighting gets out of hand, but the point is that there is plenty of support for roughly 23 pounds or so. The material inside the top bed as well as in the cave do come out so that you can wash them. The youngest cat uses the scratching post to sharpen her pads. None of the cats use the steps to get up and down, but that's probably because it sits next to the couch and they prefer to launch themselves from there to the tree. The middle cat, who took over a year to warm up to the idea of the tree, is now seen using the cave. None of the other cats, (as far as I have seen), uses it. It's by far one of the best cat trees that I have come across in a long time and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a huge cat! I would buy this again should I ever need a replacement.

Handicap cat approved
The media could not be loaded. wanted something for my 3 legged boy so he could get on the bed if he wanted to. He loves it. Comes with NO INSTRUCTIONS had to look at pictures and figure it out . Top stair is wobbly and doesn’t hold well but I lean it against my bed so it’s not a big problem for him other than throws off his balance sometimes

The tree itself is fine. Reasonably stable and a good size for a senior kitty. The instructions are basically nothing more than a parts list that doesn't even differentiate between carpet posts and sisal posts. There is nothing to indicate the order of assembly. Order is important for attaching the stairs.

Copy cat
This cat tree mimics one I had purchased a couple of years ago and my kidden loved it. The only reason I was looking to replace it is she destroyed the legs scratching on it. This cat tree however is made much much much cheaper than her original one and she knows it. She does not care for this one. The differences from top to bottom is that the nesting spot is smaller and has soft sides instead of the hard sturdy sides, the steps do not have the scratch pads, and the legs are substantially thinner. At first I thought I would just replace her trees legs with the new tree legs but they go together differently. A cat that didn’t know better was out there would probably be ecstatic about but mine is like heck no.

No actual assembly instructions
Well it's still not together because the instructions are terrible it's just a picture of what it looks like assembled. It's going to take me at least 3x as long as it should to assemble because I keep having to go back, take something apart, and put other pieces back together, or move stuff around. I'm still not even sure which piece is which on their 'instructions', they look the same to me but some are numbered differently. It says there's instructions to download on their website but there aren't- at least for this item. I even emailed the company for help and have got nothing back after a day and a half so far. I bet there are cat towers just as cheap as this that have prime shipping and instructions, maybe look for one of those instead

Instructions? Useless.
It’s a beautiful and sturdy tree but plan to just try and figure out how to assemble it. The instructions consist of telling you what’s in the package. There’s a little diagram but it’s basically useless. It shows to put one if the two smaller screws in the cave part but it’s too short. Had to leave the washer off. Then in the top of the cave to attach the middle platform, well I can’t line up the holes. Manufacturer needs to seriously put some instructions. Once it’s together it’s beautiful. My youngest cat was all over it. My oldest, and the reason for the purchase, has yet to get on it. Here’s hoping. Overall I’m very pleased with it.

Not just for senior kats...
Bought this as I have two 12 week old kittens with a condition called Cerbral Hypoplasia (also known as 'wobbly kitty' syndrome!) so they cant jump really but as with all kittens are full of beans! They love this and the small height between layers is just what they need- its early days but day by day more and more of the post is being explored. Went together really easily despite poor instructions (think Ikea flat pack furniture style!) Ive knocked a star off as I think it would benefit from being catnip scented to encourage them to play but a little spray I have did the trick and it is very large, but again I think this is necessary due to the target audience needing a little more support Great product

Poor Quality
We have an older Trixie product that is very good quality so we were willing to pay the rather high price for this one. Unfortunatley this product was was terrible. The one post and the first platform sat very tilted. Included in the instructions was a note saying if there were any issues to contact Trixie so I did, asking for replacement posts. A week later they told me they could not send replacement parts to Canada so I would have to return it to Amazon. This product is heavy and the box is large. It was a huge nusiance to return the product but since this was my only option I had no choice. It is terrible that Trixie can not support Canadian customers.

Ein Kratzbaum, der auch genutzt wird
Meine 17 jährige Katze kann kaum noch klettern und springen. Ich habe diesen Kratzbaum mit Bauchschmerzen gekauft, da ich mir nicht sicher war, dass sie ihn nutzt. Doch es war die richtige Entscheidung. Der Kratzbaum steht ganz sicher und fest, sodass die Katze ein sicheres Gefühl hat. Er wird heiß geliebt. Die Katze liegt fast nur noch im Körbchen oben auf dem Kratzbaum.

Mangelt an Qualität
Aufgrund von vielen guten Rezensionen haben wir uns für diesen Kratzbaum für unsere Katze entschieden. Leider bin ich enttäuscht von mangelnden Qualität. Und bei so einem hohen Preis und eigentlich bekannte Marke noch viel mehr als sonst. Da haben wir halb so teure Kratzbäume schon gekauft und die haben einige Jahre funktioniert ohne dabei kaputt zu gehen (außer Sisal, natürlich). Leider kann ich daher den Kratzbaum nur bedingt empfehlen und hoffe nun dass wir defekten Stamm ersetzt bekommen und dass Kratzbaum hält dann wenigstens 1 - 2 Jahre... Den ganzen Kratzbaum zurück schicken zu müssen wäre echt ärgerlich, da er sehr-sehr schwer ist. 24.04.19 Den kompletten Kratzbaum haben wir ganz schnell umgetauscht bekommen, dank Amazon Service. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Amazon Mitarbeiter, DHL und Hermes. 11.05.19 Stoff löst sich langsam auf den Platten (da wo die Nähte sind) und auch Sisalstoff am Stamm hängt schon stellenweise lose in der Luft (nicht vernünftig befestigt, nehme ich an).
