Keep your cats busy!
My cats LOVE this! It truly keeps them entertained. It is fun to find the little ping pong balls all around the room. My only issue is with the rods that hold the cups. They don't stay in. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be glued and the glue didn't work, or if the sticks just weren't meant to stay in the holes. I have purchased another puzzle treat game from this brand and my cats LOVE that, too!

Neat product - may require some training for cats to use
This was an interesting product. My cat didn't seem to understand how to get food out of the areas of it, so it doesn't really serve it's intended purpose. But my cat loves laying on his back and whapping the little cups, and scooping out the plastic balls and chasing them all over the house. Note that the instructions are quite clear that you may need to spend some time working with your cat to understand how to use it (to make them work to get at the food). But neat product, regardless. Mine still plays with it, and chases the balls all around.

Kitty Loves It
So far so good with it. I have taken to feeding him his dry food in three spots to give him something more to do - one part in his bowl; one part in another food puzzle I got him; one part in this. My cat has really taken to the cascading tiers. He sticks his paw in, pulls out a piece of food, and eats that. He's able to flick it out on the floor in one shot, so no going from tier to tier for him. LOL I haven't put water in the area with the ping pong balls yet, just food or treats. He's more interested in just sticking his head in it over fishing them out most of the time, so we'll work on that one. The balls themselves have been extra toys for him, so I'm okay with that. He hasn't gotten the hang of the catapults yet, but he's shown a little interest in them. I'm happy with it even if he never figures out the catapults. He likes the rest of it enough that it keeps him busy, so I'm happy with that because I know he's just bored sometimes, and I'm slowly getting as many interactive toys and food puzzles as I can for him. Update: I wrote this review yesterday, and in true cat fashion to prove the puny human wrong, he figured out the catapult late last night and today. He's working on figuring out that he needs to pull it down more to get the food out, but he did get it once that I saw, and dry kibble went everywhere. It was hilarious! This is definitely a winner for my cat.

I liked it and so did the ants. Kind of messy and the balls can go wandering. The cups on wands is completely useless to my cat
I got this to put a little more interest in my cat's day and it sort of worked. She managed to get a couple of the balls out of the bin and they went into the kitchen and under some stuff. She didn't like the cups on wands bit at all. And I think she was ok with the blue "U" parts. What I did notice, however, was that in all of her playing around, food was scattered about and then the ants came. Ug. This toy is not ant-proof so even if your cat's neat about the whole thing, if you've got ants, they'll come. I'm not using this any more even though it looks cool because she doesn't dig the little cups on wands, it makes a mess, and parts of it sometimes go missing. It'd probably be really good for a gregarious cat that wolfed down his meals, but my little cat lost some weight that she didn't need to because she just wasn't liking this toy.

Wonderful stimulation
I unpacked this today and it has been an instant hit. The only thing my cat hasn't figured out yet is the cups. He is a lazy cat and has been more active playing with this toy than I have seen since he was a kitten. He quickly learned that it was easier to get treats & food out of the well if he removed the ping-pong balls, and that led to several games of chase all over the room. I'm having so much fun watching him and he's still having fun playing even though I just put food in after he figured things out with treats. I highly recommend this toy. It's now been a few weeks since introducing the toy and I can definitively say that this is my cat's favorite toy. He plays with all 3 I have for him in turn, but this one is ALWAYS played with until it is completely empty of food and treats. If you are only going to buy one toy for your cat make it this one. It is the most complex toy I've bought, so if it's the only toy you buy be aware that without introductory toys to get your cat used to the concept you may need to do a good bit of coaching to teach them how to use it (on the cups portion of this it took several sessions before my cat learned to use them on his own) but it is much enjoyed. Also be aware that the ping-pong balls will likely get ALL over your house. If you have a dog I recommend switching them out for balls that are safe for them to chew. We thankful caught my parent's dog before it crunched one into bitts.

Which is better: the toy or the packaging?
I really like this cat activity center. My cats beg for treats all the time, so this slows them down and makes them use their brains a little bit. It took them a while to figure it out, and they still haven't figured out the antennae-like things, but I don't think that's such a bad thing, at least they haven't gotten bored of it yet. One of my cats (bless his little heart) couldn't figure it out at all, so I slowly added more ping pong balls one-by-one to the compartment. Each time he found a treat, ih added another ping pong ball, which helped him out. So if you have an airhead cat like I do, that may help you out. I think one of my cat's favorite part though, is the box, which is PERFECTLY cat sized. Typical cat stuff, ya know. The product seems well built and sturdy, I think my cats enjoy it, and it comes in a cardboard box, and that's all I can really ask for, so I think this was a good purchase :)

Meh
Have quite a few slow feeders for my cats and usually love this brand but this product was a bit of a miss for me. Far too easy for the cats to get biscuits out of most bits, doesn't come apart in any way for ease of cleaning, or at least doesn't split apart in an obvious way, and the main food receptacle is meant to be filled with ping pong balls to prevent the cats from snaffling the biscuits too easily, spoiler - it doesn't work and you just end up with ping pong balls everywhere and cats can then just stick their whole head in this section after removing the balls and continue to wolf down their food making the main body of this item unfit for purpose. It looks cool and the other bits do actually slow them down if you only put in a tiny quantity of biscuits but there are better products out there

It's not taxing enough for my cat
Well, my cat is probably too intelligent for this as he sticks his nose in while I'm putting the treats in. He knows all the grooves and holes and gets the treats out straight away. With the little ball pit area, he scoops all the balls out to get to his treats, so if your cat is likely to do the same, be careful when walking into the room - balls everywhere! If he doesn't know I've put treats in, he doesn't go near it at all. It's sturdy enough and the quality is ok.

Geschickt...

Just as the Listing Describes...
This product arrived promptly and was exactly as described in the ad. My two Maine Coons needed very little “explanation”, and enjoy digging through the obstacles to get their treats. I’m pleased with the quality of the product, although it is a little pricey... but then, suckers like me pay the money for it to spoil their cats... ????
