Very small

I am very disappointed with this top. My daughter loves the look, color, and design but it just doesn’t fit. This shirt was made for either very young children or very tiny children. My daughter is 11 and the extra large is too small. It fits over her body however when she raises her hand over her head it climbs halfway up her body.
