Cute, but needs boning at neckline

I loved this cover, except that there is no boning around the neckline to keep it up to see what you and baby are doing. (If it had jonibg, I would have given a 5-star rating.) I didn’t think it would be a big deal because I loved the zebra pattern with purple and white polka dots sooo much, but it proved to be irritating especially in a windy area. My daughter ended up being one of those babies who hated being covered up, so I didn’t get to use it nearly as often as I had hoped and expected. I had to iron it after each washing too, but then I enjoy the look of it ironed smooth and would have ironed it anyways even if it wasn’t super wrinkly afterwards. It’s not overly huge. It would do well to have an extra foot of fabric, but it accomplished it’s job anyways. I had a super wriggly wiggle worm who hated beig covered so much that I finally had to just go without, or use it to block only on the side, not over her.

Good Basic Nursing Cover with No Bells or Whistles

I bought this nursing cover to accompany me to the hospital where you always have tons of family, friends, and medical staff coming in and out of the room to visit you or check on you and the baby. It is a decent basic nursing cover for the price. The material is thin but not transparent and shouldn't be too hot on your nursing baby. It is also of a size large enough to cover me completely. I am around 5'2" and a size 6 and had no coverage issues. The product details list the cover as 24"x34" so you may want to factor in your own size as we all vary by a large margin being both postpartum and lactating. There is an adjustable buckle that you fasten around your neck to hold up the cover. It does not flare out in the slightest to allow you to visualize your infact. There is no ruching or boning in the cover; it merely hangs down and covers the baby. You will have to keep the neck loose enough to look down and see him nurse. The cover is machine washable and I also find that it folds easily back into the original plastic, button closure pack it came in. I believe I will hold onto it so that it will be extra portable for the diaper bag.

Nice Nursing Cover

This is a good nursing cover, especially for the inexpensive price. I like the feel of the fabric on the outside (soft, like suede) and the inside isn't rough against baby's skin. Be aware that this cover only goes around your front; it's cut like an apron that you wear really high around your neck. It is a little awkward (for me at least) to see baby underneath when trying to latch because there is no wire around the neckline to hold it open like more expensive covers.

It's a nursing cover, but nothing more. Collar does NOT position to view baby

I had high hopes for the Trend Lab Nursing Cover in Hello Sunshine. The pattern is super cute, but it does not do anything other than cover you up. That's why it gets 3 stars. It does part of what it says. However, there is a part of the product description that says "Collar can be positioned to view baby while nursing." This is completely false. It's a bold faced LIE. There is NOTHING to hold the collar in any position. It's a piece of fabric held together by a fabric strap. There is no way to position it where you can view the baby...you literally have to hold it up and away from you. That is not a functionality of the nursing cover - that's the functionality of the nursing mom! Also, comment on the fabric itself. It's very light and thin, which is good because then you and the baby don't get too warm. However, it does not wash well. It gets very bunched up and wrinkled. The little details with the pleats get lost after washing and drying.

Great choice and very versatile!

It was a gift, and she really liked the color (its the colors of the nursery☺️). She hasn't used it yet because she isn't due until July. She and my son were excited when they received it.

ok, but cheaper elsewhere

Good cover but they have them in Local stores for less. I bought this one because I thought it mattered how it looked "new mom" but it really doesn't, as long as I have something to cover me up in public.. its good. I didn't use it that much or that long. I only nursed for the first 6 months.. I think I nursed in public 10 times at the most.

Cute print and does cover

This cover is thin, but you can't see through it. It's also very tricky (for me anyway), so I recommend trying it out before you get out in public. The top keeps falling so my baby can't see my face while she's eating, which she doesn't like. Overall, it works, but I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because it takes practice and its flimsy.

So cute!

I bought this for my sister who is due in about 2 months. She will be a first time mommy and a first time nursing momma so I figured this would be a great thing for her to feel comfortable nursing in public. The fabric is really light weight and the pattern was adorable. It's really easy to put on and if I was shy about nursing in public I would buy one for myself :).

Please run Away - Dont Buy.

Its a cheap quality product priced exorbitantly high. Not good for mother or baby. Feel like cheated on Amazon - perils of buying online as it is a non-refundable item.
