I'd make a different choice next time

This assembled about as easily as any of these "assembly required" home office chairs do. There was some staring at pictures to figure out how things were supposed to be oriented, the inevitable false start because I had something backwards, and then lots of Allen wrench work and a little bit of persuasion to get those last screws in. About half an hour was required, so not too bad, all in all. My complaint is that it's just not very comfortable. Note that the arm rests are connected to both the seat and the back, which means that the seat and back move in tandem. That's clear from the photo, so they're not being deceptive, but if I'd noticed it and absorbed what that meant -- that the back doesn't go back independently of the seat, I'd have moved on to another chair. But the real issue I have is that the front middle part of the seat cushion rides sufficiently higher than the sides and back that it sort of forces me to splay my legs as I'm sitting. So I've added a thin cushion to the back, to try to level it out. But that only goes so far. I realize that changing from one office chair to another will require an adjustment, but I've made switches before, and this feels worse than usual. After assembling it, and discovering it wasn't very comfortable, I thought about returning it, but didn't feel like going through the disassembly process and waiting several days for a new chair. So, I kept it, and I've been second-guessing myself ever since.

Legs of the chair broke under weight of under 150 lbs

We bought 6 of these chairs for our office in August 2022 and now, in March 2023, we are already having to replace them. Very cheap made base resulting in the legs and wheels bending.

Problems

I received this chair and the hydraulics that lift chair up and down does not work chair will not stay up at proper height. Need replaced.

Missing screws

Missing all screws. Can screws be sent so I don’t have to box up and ship back ?

Firm but Comfortable

I love how high this chair raises, the fact that the arms are padded and it’s firm yet comfortable. It will wear in very nicely. The cons are the wheels.. they are not very well made and need to be replaced to roll properly. I have vinyl floors and they are a constant struggle to slide the chair.

I love my new office chair!

I work from home and my old office chair wasn't comfortable any more. My new Comfty Executive Leather Office Chair arrived quickly. Assembly was "easy" using only the Allen wrench (included with the chair). I didn't realize just how bad my old chair was until my new chair arrived. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Complete JUNK

Bought this to replace my chair of 4 years that finally broke.... Plastic casters junk upon arrival.... had to swap with metal casters from broken chair....height adjustment piston started leaking within a few weeks (had to use vice grips to hold it up SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT THEN). Now the bushing between the bottom base and piston is wore out and the chare is wobbly. Practically unusable.

This is a perfect desk chair to sit in for lengthy amount of time

I found this easy to put together and extremely sturdy. We've been sitting in the chair for all day meetings and feel total comfort. They look nice and seemingly well built
